Howdy folks! So are you getting all ready for Halloween??? We are all done in the Hill household and it feels good to be ahead. So just been creating and working around the house making notes of what needs to be done and replaced, it is a LONG list that is what you get with a old house. oh well..it has lots of charm...{lol}...I will just keep telling myself that. Last week was a whirlwind so much to do and well my mom has not been the healthiest so that was a huge part of the week. She has to have all these surgeries and I just hope she makes them through all of them..:( More on that next time. So the week was crazy but the weekend that was also supposed to be nuts'o ended up being FANTASTIC. I was supposed to have my fall PDW crop but I had to cancel it and re-schedule it. So then it ended up Evan and I got to go to a dinner party at April Meeker's house...{second sister jewelry}. It was a benefit dinner for a family that lost there dad suddenly {so sad} and all the money raised went to the family.There were great raffle prizes and the food was delicious. The BEST part though was Mindy Gledhill did a private concert and it was AMAZING. I wish I would have taken photos I was just so in awe of April's house and all the wonderful people that were there. APRIL is like the BEST host ever..and she is so super talented I cannot say enough great things about my new friend. I loved being around other people who LOVE to make a difference.This is where I LOVE what I do SO much..YES there are SUPER hard days..but then you meet these people that come into your lives...and you make all these new friends and i just simply LOVE IT!!! It makes it all worth it! So as Tuesday sits here in my office, it is get my but in gear day. There is LOT'S to be done in the PDW area. SO I hope you all have a great productive day...oh also I will be here this saturday from 7-11:30 pm doing this fun make and take for Epiphany Crafts anther great cause... ;) xo xo m
